Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seed
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/4 almond butter
  • 1 pear (chopped or sliced)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend for 2 -3 minutes until thickened, smooth and creamy,
  2. Transfer to individual serving bowls or jars and refrigerate until chilled (about 3 hours).

Notes

Leftovers: Refrigerate in an air tight container for up to 5 days
Serving size: 1 serving is 1/2 cup
Add additional toppings: chopped nuts, berries, shredded coconut
No almond butter? Use another nut or seed butter
