Green Pea Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chickpeas (drained, rinsed and cooked)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen peas
  • 1 garlic glove minced
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 tbsp tahini paste
  • 2 tbsps extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients together in a food processor. Blend until a creamy consistency forms. If mixture is too thick, add 1 tbsp of warm water at a time to loosen it up.
  2. Serve with veggie sticks for dipping. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
