Hi, I'm Julie, owner of Ostara Pilates and blogger at Ostara Living. Here you'll find pilates workouts, practical resources and inspiration to help you build a realistic wellness routine. I'll show you how to prioritise your health in ways that fit neatly into your day and easily into your life. No shame, guilt or crazy diets, just simple & stress free ways to take care of yourself and feel great every single day!
We understand the hesitation to invest in something new, so we’ve made it easy to try The Lifetonic Club risk-free. There are no contracts required, you can cancel anytime, and annual and semi-annual members can email us for a full refund within the first 30 days of their membership.
The Lifetonic Club is already helping lots of busy men and woman to care for themselves in a way that allows them to be consistent on an on-going basis. That’s because of our unique approach to short but effective pilates workouts that leave you feeling great. When you find at least 15 minutes in your day to care for yourself , you will see results with TLC.
Using the power of the pilates method to build strength & feel great has never been easier! All you need is a mat and access to the internet.
To keep things fun and interesting, we do feature some workouts with equipment, such as light hand weights, a foam roller, or resistance bands, the pilates overball – but the equipment is always optional.
Yes! We have a bespoke pilates for beginners library that is designed to teach you everything you need to know and set you up for success on the mat! Following this programme is a great place to start if you are new as it will lay the foundations for you to progress to intermediate and then an advanced level of pilates if you stick with it and trust the process.
Additionally, your Bodytonic Library includes tutorials & modification videos to help you understand the pilates method. You will also have the support and guidance of Julie in your private Facebook community where you can ask questions! You’re not alone in TLC – we‘re here to meet you where you’re at and guide you to a stronger body and a calmer mind!
