Apple Wedges with Peanut Butter & Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cup Dark Chocolate Chips ( or a bar of dark chocolate broken up)
  • 1/2 Tsp Coconut oil
  • 1 Apple (cut into wedges or sliced)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Peanut Butter (natural)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil and microwave on high for 30 to 45-second intervals until melted. Stir with a spoon to fully combine.
  2. Place the apple slices on a plate and drizzle with melted chocolate and peanut butter. Transfer to the fridge to let the chocolate harden a little, about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is best made fresh and enjoyed immediately.
Nut free - Use sunflower seed butter.
Additional toppings - Top with crushed granola, nuts, or seeds.
